Refund Policy
Transparency and Fairness
At ASLDEAF, we want to ensure our students have the best learning tools. Our refund policy is as follows:
Full Refund: Requests made within [e.g., 7 days] of subscription, provided that less than [e.g., 20%] of the course content has been accessed.
Non-Refundable: Subscriptions are non-refundable once a certificate of completion has been issued or the course is fully consumed.
Technical Issues: If a user cannot access the platform due to a verified technical fault on our end that remains unresolved for 48 hours, a pro-rated refund will be issued.
Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
